1. PHOTO UPLOADS

Higher The Photo Quality, Better The Results

1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

2. A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your pet’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

Will You Crop Out My Pet's Head For Me?

Absolutely! Yes, we'll crop the photo for you as everything is included in our service! We only use the face of your furry or non-furry friend, all other details are cropped out. Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo and we’ll do the rest!

Please Note: If your pet or person has an accessory, hat, or collar in the photo you send us, we do not remove them and will be used in our custom designed product for you. So if you don't want accessories on your pet, just make sure to use a close up photo of your pet's face without any accessories you don't want on your item.

How Many Faces Can You Print On Your Products?

We have products that can be printed up to four faces. However, it really depends on the product and the space available for best quality. But no worries, on each product type page, you'll see the available options for how many faces you can upload for each product type.

If you do not see the option to include more than one face on the product page, then that option is unavailable for that product. 

Can I Upload A Photo That's Not A Pet Animal?

Does it have a face? If so, we can print it! Get as creative as you'd like!

Can I Preview What My Product Art Will Look Like?

Unfortunately, we are not able to show a preview of your order because our designers have to personally set up your image, customize with our art effects and crop out your pet’s face. It's a LOT of work! But no worries, if there are any issues with your photo that would prevent us from creating an awesome artwork for you pet, we’ll send you an email requesting a new image... we're not shy to ask! Oh and please, keep the photos family friendly!

2. SHIPPING

Remember, All Our Artwork Is Custom Made To Order...

So please be mindful that our team of artists and illustrators are working hard and long hours to make sure you're blown away by our artwork illustrations for your orders. We only like to give realistic expectations to our customers but be assured we focus on quality and production to try to get your custom orders out to you as quickly as possible every time.

Canvases

Please allow up to 3-5 days for sketching/art production time for custom photo art canvases as it's tedious work of sketching from scratch to adding colors, details and finishing textures and we sometimes receive upwards of 70+ order requests a day and we have to make sure the orders are completed in the order queue as we receive them. Typically on non-holiday seasons we can complete them a little sooner but we would rather under-promise and over-deliver.

Shipping within USA (domestic) - average 3-4 business days via USPS.
Shipping International (outside USA) - anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Socks

Please allow 1-3 days sketching/art production time for custom photo art socks as it's also tedious work and we have to make sure the orders are completed in the order queue as we receive them. Then about another 2-3 days for our shop team to actually transfer your artwork and seam the socks manually. Typically on non-holiday seasons we can complete them a little sooner but we would rather under-promise and over-deliver.

Shipping within USA (domestic) - average 3-4 business days via USPS.
Shipping International (outside USA) - anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on location.

3. RETURNS/REFUNDS

Typically Custom Products Are Not Refundable, However...

Our #1 goal is to make sure every customer who purchases our products are 100% satisfied. So we created a few simple set of scenarios where we can offer a refund or simple alternative solutions:

Damaged or Wrong Product

This has never happened with us yet. However if in the rare occasion you receive a damaged or wrong product, shoot us an email or message us on our Facebook page with your Full Name, Email and Order # along with a couple photos of the product you're inquiring about and we'll make it right for you or provide you with a full refund.

You Made An Order Mistake

Sometimes we order a product and realized we made a mistake on either the wrong product or uploaded the wrong photo for customization. We get that happens sometimes. As long as you email or message us requesting order details change within exactly 24 hours from the time you placed your order, we'll change the order for you per your request at no additional charge. However, if it's past the 24 hours from order placed and our designers and production operations have already started creating your order, we cannot undo the creation since it costs us money and time to pay our designers and the cost of materials and labor. In that instance we may be able to offer you a private one time use heavily discounted coupon code so you can place an order yourself for the one you wanted.
